    the second layer is semi transparent and a diffrent color so that cirtin colors of the light spectrum do not see it at all

    Formatting DVD+RW's

    You definatly need win 2000 I have a Ricoh DVD+RW/R and when I installed the wrong driver it said it was a CD-Rw/R
