    microsoft keeps track of achievements, your hdd keeps your game saves. Also yes recovering yur gamertag restores yur saves if yur were banned.

    Gamefly=never use this

    I've been with gamefly since '05 and have never had any issues with them. 90% of the time I get the game at the top.
