yes thats exactly what happned except when i entered the codes in the box, they did not work
i tried the code and it didnt work, but it didnt hardlock the phone so ill wait and try again later
yes i did everything you said, could it be you got the codes for a regular 3220 instead of a 3220b?
i put in the code and hit ok and then ther is a blank screen that says "phone restricted" and ther is a small stopsign
