play it from an ext. hard drive. dvds always screw up. are they hd-dvds?

what format does the super usb play off your HDD? will it play mpeg-2? if you put them on your hdd from the pc? ive tried finding this out before...
i always thought everybody just splitted from the same box, thought that was just the way to it. the boxes are capable of sending enough signal...
ive got a coax splitter on my wall connection, one to my starview, one to my modem. i cant think what it is!!
does anybosy else have a problem with their internet connection when the starview is turned on?? my internet doesnt work when mines turned on but...

just put it on an external hard drive and put in ur 360's usb port. easy as. it can play .avi and wmv-HD now!
get Xenonmkv it wins hands sown, and only takes about 15 mins for a 4.5 gig hd film. all the settings are preset as it is for xbox 360...

i av done mate, many times. just put the software on again and now its only scanning the original 32 freqs. instead of 90! :S
