    How do I prevent losing 3rd party apps when I sync my jailbroken iphone?

    Not too sure if it makes much difference but I have my iPod Touch jailbroken and I have shed load of 3rd party apps and sync regularly with iTunes...

    I tried that and it finds them installs the drivers and then says Windows has installed the Drivers for this device but cannot see the hardware...
