have you took off the dvd drive cover? if you have with the try in look at the white tab under the dvd drive if is not all the way to the left...
try letting the swap disk wait about 10 seconds after it says "please in sert disk" before taking the swap disk out
if the different disks dont work try burning at a higer speed[4x or 8x]
