    Already tried, but a lot seem not to work well (resolution doesn't fit the screen, java application error...). Other suggestions?

    Try with Imtoo mpeg encoder. You can convert any video format (Mpeg, AVI, WMA) into 3GP (standard video phone) and viceversa. Nice.
