I think CDRwin allows you to choose your audio tracks it has been a long time since i have messed with that though its worth a shot

CDloader is not a free swapmagic while it is a free program for ps2 you will still need some method of booting your ps2 games CDloader is a CD...
I don't know if GS2 will work on a v9 but swap magic make's the loading alot faster then GS2
