my nokia 6670 unblock

    look guys this nokia has a delicat problem

    Nokia Corporatin Model: 6670

    Code: 0522003
    IMEI: 355023/00/692897/5
    IC: 661AE-RH67
    FCC ID: QVVRH-67
    Made in Finland

    and i put the sim and i input *#0000# and look this

    V 7.0642.0
    18-10-06
    RH-51
    Nokia 7610

    and the screen stay bloked to this " SIM card not valid"


    what to do please help

    i don't now in what country was the phone but i'm from romania can i find the country and the network of the phone???
