    Hello all;

    I'm finalizing a build and was poking around Newegg for a hard drive when I bumped into this
    I know its probably a gimmick (From the reviews it's buggy as hell) but I have to admit the theory sounds cool (if I'm reading how it works right) does anyone know more about this than the reviews on the egg?

    It is a piece of trash, a very bad idea on Seagate's part, and an even worse idea on the part of anyone who buys it.

    Gimmick. Might speed things up slightly, but I wouldn't give it much weight over anything any rival drives may offer in more mundane areas.
