I have recently purchased an EX5000 PVR box because of what I have been told in regards to channels I can get to watch. Unfortunately the box did not come with any instructions, I have tried to set up the box in regards to the channels but I am still unable to wach any channel. I am receiving channels through my sky cable on my old sky box but, my EX500 does not have the coaxle connection on the back. Can anyone instruct me in regards to what I need to do to start watching what ever I want on my EX5000 PVR box. Many thanks.
if your box is a eurovox 5000 pvr its a cable box which are tolaly useless since nagra3 came out as far as i know anyways. the best way to go is sat card share
ehhh, you have just been mugged, did you not do a google search on the box before buying it? as advised above, that box is useless, either try get your money back or sling it in a bin
A fool and his money are easily parted springs to mind here. The eurvoxes are a cable box so won't work on a satellite system. They all stopped working around 2 years ago when nagra 3 rolled out. It's useless. Sorry mate
