kv 750 help with scanning

    just got a kv 750 and i seem to have a problem keeping my channels after scanning.have read and watched the tut but still need help. anyone who is boned up on k.v please help. just need a step by step to get it sorted instead of fac default and re-scanning every day. thanks in anticipation.

    it sounds like you are losing the signal and box defaults,check provider for faults.
