    Hi all,

Got here cause I'm having an ECL related problem:
While encoding with CCE SP Trial version 2.66 through the DVD2SVCD front end program, I get "Can't save ECL file" in the encoding window and in the progress window I see "Cannot find CCE Project".
I followed the instructions regarding the ECLCCE.exe file but that doesn't seem to help.
Anything else I can do to overcome the problem?

    Just saw this: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/cinema_craft_encoder_250.cfm
Why is version 2.50 only recommended? Is there a problem with other versions and DVD2SVCD?

    TIA.

I don't know what problems your having. Have you tried using TMPGnc? It is usually bundled with DVD2SVCD. Check www.Doom9.org downloads.

    luck-

    Thanks for answering.
I do have TMPGenc and it works but I would like to use CCE for encoding. I've now settled working with CCE 2.5 but does anyone know if it's worth moving to later versions, quality wise? If so, I'd still want to solve the ECL problem, somehow.
    TIA.
