Transfer with DVIO won't start

    Hello,

    I have a JVC Digital Video Camera (DR-D71) and want to transfer my recordinsg to the hard disk. I downloaded the program DVIO and followed the instructions on the CAR engineering website. The camera is in the playback mode. When I click the button Start Capturing from Camera there is the warning Cannot find DV cam output pin. Is the camera connected?

    What am I doing wrong?
