Anyone have any knowledge with this fan? I am trying to replace a stock intel fan with this. I for temps of about 34-40c on a celeron 2.4 not overclocked non d. Now I am up to 50c and not even at load. I have the fan on max blast as well. I am using arctic silver 5. It is seated right on chip. Is it just a crappy fan? Thoughts ideas?

why replace a good heatsink/fan as the 34-40c temp is normal for northwood cpus whereas the 50c is for a prescott cpu

I want to overclock it. I could use the same fan I gueess. I just don't get how a stock fan can beat this monster super fan with a bigger blower and bigger heatsink. Makes zero sense.
