Hp DeskJet 895cxi(error)

    Dear
    I have a Hp DeskJet 895cxi with a problem
    I Clean the Paper Jam
    I Clean Inkjet print cartridges
    I put new inkjet
    nothing wrong with installation and software
    but if I Printing for Test Page the cattidges move very well but nothing come in paper and I get nothing on the paper
    The printer worked very well befor.
    can you help me

    does ink go onto a kleenex outside of the printer??

    you mean ,I have to clean the ink with kleenex outside the printer?
    I did already but nothing change

    what i said was did ink go onto the kleenex & if not the ink jets are clogged. so get a damp paper towel into an old bowel/plate so that the cartridge sits on it to clean out the jets

    I get a damp paper into an old bowel/plate to the cartridge sits and clean out the jets but nothing change.
    when i do print, the carridge move as print(very well)
    somthing wrong in nazzel system because every thing work good but I get blank paper.what you think
    if somthing wrong with hardware? can i do somthing for exampel update or !!!!!!

    if no ink coming out than is possible the ink jets on the cartridge are still plugged so either sit the cartridge on the fairly damp paper towel for a few hours or buy a new cartridge. are bothe the black & color cartridges full of ink??

    check on the cartridge holder that the copper contacts are clean

    yes i did right now to clean and i try to print, but nothing !!!!!!!!!!

    can you try the printer on another computer? is it usb or parallel port??

    yes i did but if printer can not testself no way problem with pc.
    I got this from HP center.
    Through troubleshooting it has been determined the issue to be
    > >hardware related
    but how can i update the hardware .in website of hp I saw just installation software downlode
