Dell/Lexmark Ink Cartridges

I have a Dell 720 inkjet printer that came with my Dell pc. The printer is made by and is identical to the Lexmark Z615.

I asked Lexmark therefore if their cartridges would work on a Dell
branded printer or not. They say I would have to ask Dell. I haven't asked Dell because they'll clearly want me to buy from them, but the cost of a Dell inket cartridge colour or black is a lot more than the Lexmark one.

So, does anyone know if I could use Lexmark cartridges in an identical Dell branded printer.

 

just go out and buy a compatible one for that model if its the all in one model there shouldnt be a problem it may just complain when printing that its not authentic or an approved catridge other than that should be fine.
