Hi guy,s can you help with my latest problem.

Basically the above is my moms printer. Now when I connect it via parrallel port to her PC, it doesn't print, but does when I connect it to my PC via parrallel.

However when I connect it to my mothers PC via USB, it prints fine.

When I do connect ti to her pc via parrallel, when I click print test page, the paper feeds half way then stops when the cartridge tries to roll accorss the page then the red light starts flashing with the green light constantly on.

I think i've tried everyuthing, is it a problem with her parrallel port?

    Please help you guys.

P.s I can't leave it connected via USB because she only has 2 USB ports which she uses for her digi-cam and Broadband.

i presume the computer is atx & not at style. check in your bios & hers to see if the printer port are the same or different. have you tried a different cable? can put a usb hub in so she can run more usb devices.
