ActiveX Error!

    Hi,
    I just recently had an adware, virus and a spyware I believe removed from my PC. There were a few problems, including popping up, windows popping up, and telling me to buy some spy something. Well, I got rid of that, and my internet explorer is back to normal (it wasnt going to homepage and wasn't working properly). The computer is running great, but I am still getting one more error message that wasn't coming a day or two ago.

    "Your Current Security Settings Prohibit Running ActiveX Controls On this Page. As A Result The Page May Not Display Correctly".

    This pops up out of nowhere, when I am not even opening anything, and the desktop is on. It's kind of weird. I understand this could possibly because of a spyware, adware or a virus, but I have checked for all three using all the softwares I have, and have even used TuneUp to fix my registry. Any more suggestions?
