    Is there a video stabilizer that allows closed caption?

    To the best of my knowledge, there is not. I've been looking for one myself.

    Activate Closed-Captions feature in menu of DVD to be recorded - enter play movie. The movie will be recorded with closed captions on screen. Bill

    That's a good one if the source is a DVD. Somehow I think he's got a VHS.
