I have 2 avi files with variale bit rates that I want to join togther.

    1.avi
    Audio Bit Rate 167kbps
    Video Data rate 161kbps

    2.avi
    Audio Bit Rate 167kbps
    Video Data rate 193kbps

VirtualDUB and VirtualDubMod display the error msgs.

VirtualDub has detected an improper VBR audio encoding in the source AVI file (audio stream 1). The current preference is to rewrite the audio header with standard CBR values during processing for better compatibility. This may introduce up to 10453 ms of skew from the video stream. If this is unacceptable, decompress the *entire* audio stream to an uncompressed WAV file and recompress with a constant bitrate encoder. (bitrate: 167.3+_ 18.2 kbps) Do you still want to rewrite the header

    I select Yes
    Append Segment
Select the second AVI and get the error msg
The aduio streams have different sampling rates (20913.000000 vs. 41.66667)

Normally Satsuki All2dvd can join to files into 1 ISO when i run it, but this time it produced 2 ISO's

Pecks Power Join, produced a 25k file???

So what Can I do now?

I read somewhere about extracting both ISO's using Deamon Tools to host it, then i can rename/renumber the ISO's and do something with the starting file in a text editor???
