9800gtx question

i wonder if the new series 9800 nvidia cards will work on my 680i SLi motherboard? or will i require a pci-e 2 motherboard?

 

I imagine they'd work fine with a 680i board, but you might need a power supply that supports an 8-pin pci express power connector.
