Making a backup of Medieval 2?

    My disk is super scratched...almost unplayable...I want to make a backup before it goes dead...anyonw know how to do this? I have tried Alcohol 120% and Clone CD and they both dont work....
    this game is on a DVD

    backup with what?!? Clone CD and Alcohol 120% make discs that almost work...the opening screen comes up for me but then it says please insert DVD.

    that is for PS2 games...this is a PC game....maybe there is some sort of protection on the disk...what software should I use?

    Try ripping to HDD with latest Anydvd and then burn to disc with Imgburn

    doesnt work....anydvd is a shoddy working program.
    any others?
    everytime I make a successful burn, the game acts like it will open but then says please insert disc...
    I have even tried mounting.

    anything else?
