Has anyone purchased this board and overclocked it yet, how do you like the board and is it overpriced or worth it?

If it's an Asus Striker, avoid it, no matter what else is in the name, they're all fraut with problems. A brief forum search will tell you that much.
Good overclocking boards to consider are the Asus P5Q Deluxe and Gigabyte EP35-DS3R.
Good Dual graphics boards (ATI only, SLI boards are typically problematic) are the Asus Rampage Formula and Gigabyte X48-DS4.

Yup and if you want a really good oveclockable dual graphic board on a budget there is also the Asus P5E which can be flash to the Rampage Formula bios(which gives you a LOT of overclocking settings).
