stb model not appearing in gtrom loader

i recently reset my factory settings on my starbox in an effort to restore some of my channels such as c4 e4 etc but only a few channels are coming through now - i tried updating the starbox with the gtrom loader and bin file for n*l ireland but the stb model is not appearing and ive tried manually typing it in and all i get is an error message.
the starbox keeps saying updating but stays at 0% - please help!!
im not sure if i have the correct firmware/software for ireland.
the gtrom loader version im using is 4.5

Tried the 450 bin file with version 4.0 gtrom loader - got it started to 2% with com port 4 but then the power goes on the computer and the pc reboots - tried 4 times now with the same result when it uploads to 2% - any idea how to solve this problem? cheers
