    Ok found a Wiki

Scan the page you want to convert into a Microsoft Word document.
Save the scanned image in *.gif, *.jpeg or whatever format.
Open that image, go to "File->Save As" and name it "xyz.tiff" in the "TIFF" format as shown.
Go to "Start->Programs->Microsoft Office Tools->Microsoft Office Document Imaging"
Go to "File->Open" and open your scanned document that has been saved in *.TIFF format.
Go to "Tools->Send Text to Word." You will get a prompt stating this process will take time, Click OK. This will take some time depending on your computer's speed (a minute or two at the most).
When it's done it will open up Microsoft word on its own and the scanned document will now be in editable mode.
    Thanks anyway

Make sure you run an editor or spell checker or if the document is small enough. Compare against the scan (especially with numbers or Money) . I'm sure that there have been leaps in the reliability of OCR (What Microsoft imaging is doing) but I always check to be sure.

No pictures ,just text & some of it was missing when I checked it .
It was a six lined code to unlock a game I purchased & came out in three lines & half a line was not there at all .

    That's the typical problem.

You might have been better off if you had scanned it in with an OCR program and checked it on input.
