Fraps recording, use 2nd video card to keep framerate

    Hey guys

    Lets say I have a GTX 295 for gaming and stuff and so suddenly I want to use FRAPS for to catalogue my epicness

    can I use a less expensive but powerful Quadro card to offload fraps off to, or is fraps a gpu only thing

    please give me some insight into this, also it doesn't have to be a quadro card, but that is the idea.

    I haven't seen Fraps use the GPU at all, I think it may only be a CPU loading program.
