I'm not technical, but I am following this guide to install and use Exact Audio Copy:
    http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/exact_audio_copy_installation_and_configuration.cfm

I get hung-up when I try to use LAME. I am using the link provided in the guide, (that link takes me here: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio_software/audio_encoders/lame_mp3_encoder.cfm)
I unpack the ZIPPED file, and I get a folder with lots of files but no .EXE or installer. I can't figure out from these files how to install LAME. Is there something I'm missing?

There is no installer for LAME. Just unzip the contents in to the same folder where you have EAC. Open EAC and run the configuration wizard, it will search for the LAME .exe file and find the path for you.
