Stickies

Obviously there are on-going problems with the starview. Why can't admin hold a sticky stating exactly what the problems are, instead of senior members getting upset at newbie's asking the same question? It's a long shot but it might just work...

 

Experience shows that people who do not read posts do not read stickies either! or use the search button or even look at the stickies that are there already.
