    Can't swear to this but I think that if you have fulfilled a contract with them then the provider - o2 in your case, mine was Voda - have to supply you with an unlock code for free if you request it from CS. Worth a dabble!

    Hi... 02 might... i am having the same trouble unlocking W800i with 3, and tried CS and they were very unhelpful :(
