Hi, I bought a DS lite online from Dell a few days ago and I noticed that it has 2 green colored pixels which are always green. I was going to send it to Nintendo for repair but a friend told me that instead of repairing them, they give you a refurbished one. I dont really want that. He recommends we send it back to Dell. I dont know what to do. Thanks in advance.
Return it to Dell! You bought it from them, that is where you return it, they should send you a new one as it is only a week or so old.
