Tsmuxer Gui output file gone?

    I was muxing a .ts file with the use of tsmuxer gui but when all was done, i opened the file location of where the file should have went and it was not there. I then tried to search my computer for the name i would have saved it under and the file type it would have been, but there are no files that match what should have turned up. But i know that the file is somewhere because i lost 40gig of my hard drive because thats how much it should take up.
    If anyone thinks or knows the solution to this problem, please reply.

    it was saved(or should have been saved)under the file directory:
    C:/windows/system32/

    if that helps
