I have a 5.35mb MPG file created from an old VHS video that I copied to PC and I want to burn that to a standard DVD.

I've always used ConvertXtoDVD and it appears to work okay but the resulting DVD has a choppy, stuttering video. The MPG looks fine and smooth on PC but crunching it onto a DVD seens to make it stutter.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong - or is there a better way to crunch this down and fit on a DVD ?

I've tried DVDShrink but that only works with image files it seems - not MPGs.
