there was a lot of controversy about this a couple years ago, but now we still don't know the answer .
I have a lot of GBA, GBC, and DS games cards that I legally bought, but I don't wanna carry them all around with me , especially when I go out .

I'm thinking about buying either a Gateway 3DS ( http://www.usar4.com/gateway-3ds-gateway-3ds-flashcart-play-3ds-games-on-3ds-xl-3ds-p-8.html )or an supercard dstwo( http://www.usar4.com/dstwo-supercard-dstwo-3ds-flashcart-for-2ds-3ds-xl-3ds-dsi-ds-lite-p-2.html ) so that I can run these games on my 3DS.anyway , my 3ds firmware is v4.5 .

so , what I am worring about is will Nintendo brick the my 3DS if I use these flashcart to play homebrew games ?

No dont worry about bricking it. You cant run homebrew on the red gateway card. That is used for playing 3ds roms/backups. but the blue card functions just like an r4 did. so you could install a snes/gb emulator on that. There is no emulator for gba games yet so youll have to wait in order to play those on your 3ds.
