What brand media are you using and is it + or -. How old is your dvd player?

I have the same problem,if I delete dvd43 my cd rom and dvd rom work great. If I install it all hell breaks out I do not have an aspi layer and possibily this might be the culprit. I simply can't figure this out!

1 Click is one of many progs I have, I really do not use it, my favorites (Rebuilder Pro/CCE; Intervideo Copy 3 Plat. and CloneDvd 2) yet I never used Dvd43, it always caused problems. I purchased ANYDVD and never had another issue. Works great with all the progs. I have (Including 1 Click 4.2) I also have Dvd Xplatinum, Dvd Cloner 2, Dvd 2 One, and they all work flawlessly with Anydvd. Download the trial from Slysoft.com and see how it intergrates into your system. Hope this helps!

@concho, sorry about the reply...what I meant was that I did use it, but like you it was causing all kinds of problems, so after uninstalling it...Ifound AD and the world of Anydvd. Since then I have not had any problems. If there is any movie that ANYDVD could not crack then I use Dvd Decrypter, Smartripper, or DvdFab Decrypter to the HD and then use shrink, Intervideo, CloneDvd 2, 1 click or any other app that works well with you. Find what works, and works well with you and stick with it, then as you learn more...try more.

    Hi,

I like to use AnyDVD with 1 click dvd. Sure you have to pay for it but AnyDVD really stays on top of things with updates.

As for media my personal favorite is TDK-R. It is rated higher than Verbatim and Fuji. More stand alone dvd players are compatible with DVD-R.
