I need help from someone. I used to use 1 click dvd copy 4 and it worked great, until a few weeks ago when it kept saying everything needed to be decrypted. So, I then upgraded to 1 click dvd copy 5 and now it won't work either. It goes through the whole routine and acts like it is burning the dvd, but when I put my copy in a dvd player to check that it worked, the copy is blank. Any suggestions to help me please?????? What do I need to do to make this work?

I'm not sure if you're doing this already; but lets make sure. First run dvd43 in the background, insert disc, then run 1click dvd. I would recommend that you stick to version 4 and not upgrade dvd43. I've been using these 2 progs for about 300 backups now and have had maybe about 3 coasters. I've not had any problems removing protection from dvds including that new protection that Sony is using. Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling 1click 4 again.Just remember to run dvd43 in the background. DVD43 is actually a free program. Hope this helps; happy burning.

If it has been a year since you purchased 1 Click, then you will need to pay them another $19 for a renewal fee (this year and every year).

This just recently happened to me. Do yourself a favor. Go to Slysoft's website and download:

    1. CloneDVD2 and
    2. AnyDVD (much superior to DVD43)

Both come with free 21 day evalaution periods. Both come with free updates for life.

You will have no problems backing up videos from the day you do this forward.

I say ditch 1 click copy.
