I lost my system due to good ole Norton! If you have it dump it if you have it on Windows XP. It locked my system up and had to completely reinsall everything. Now to my problem, tried to reinstall my 1 Click Dvd, 4.1 copy and got literly screwed by the guys who sell that piece of crap. Had to buy an upgrade to 5.1, now it won't even recognize a movie DVD. Don't even have to put in a disc and it reads, "not a movie dvd". Tried reinstalling it, same carp. Have you guys got a patch or something that might help straighten this software out. Don't even try to go to support, that's a joke, and you go round and round, and get back where you started. It cost me 19.00 dollars going into their pocket, all I have is an Icon on my desktop that does nothing! I fyou you guys have a solution, please let me know!

ok one click dvd is fine piece of software, and please remember never to upgrade software unless you have the old setup file for it. Now you can try manual uninstalling it by going to local disk c/ or whatever hardrive you have it installed in. then open the program files and select "LG Software Innovations" open that folder and try to delete one click dvd copy pro. you're probably going to get an error message if you try to delete certain files or move the folder, so rename it anything you want, then put it on your desktop and use a shredding tool like mcafee shredder and get ride of it, then when you go into the uninstall/add programs you can delete the entry.

geting back to my point ONE CLICK DVD COPY PRO or any other versions are all excellent pieces of software. your computer jammed up because you may have a small amount of ram, where running other programs, your dvd-rom drivers are currupt/out of date, you may be out of hardrive space for the burn countless reasons.

    "C:\Program Files\LG Software Innovations\1Click DVD Copy Pro\1ClickDvdCopyPro.exe"
