I bought my daughter a mp4 player for X-Mas, after downloading a few songs, it will only play each song for 10 seconds. Pease help me figure this out. This is really bugging me.
You need to be more specific since each player has it's own problems. Plus, others can avoid products that have too many posted problems, like Zune. What type of player do you have and where was the tune downloaded from. Does the tune play correctly on your computer?
