OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH!!!!!!!!!!!! I was told by one of the tech guys in the Future Shop in Brantford Ontario canada, he assured me that the Dynex brand is hands down a good brand and for 15 cents canadian (10 cents US) and they have had NO returns on ANY of his shifts, so I bought 5 x's 200 disc packs=1000, i have no idea on their quality does anyone know of the quality of the Dynex 100-Pack 4X 4.7GB DVD-R, please can someone link me a site to compare the different disks or their codes... thanks again and PEACE OUT...
get DVD Info Pro and get the media code if it is the same as mine, AML 001, then well i dont seem to have problems with them right now but everyone is sying ther cheap media and there will be many problems down the road, thats why i went and got the fujifilm
@creaky Is there a thread that you could direct me to that would assist me in learning to read the logs? Thanks for the help.
Seriously, have you guys never heard of Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim? What is all this talk about Dynex and Fujifilm. Who cares...I just started buying Verbatim 8x and have gone through about 40 - 50 discs and have yet to find an error. Not to mention you can print directly on the DVD. I guess I just don't understand the debate over which crappy brand is more decent than the other, or with one is less of a rip-off. Why aren't you guys buying TY's or Verbatims??
Pardon me, but the Fuji is pretty good, it is rank #2 class and if you get the Fuji DVD+R (Made In Japan), then that's genuine Yuden media right there, and of course that'll make it Taiyo Yuden, the famous #1 media.
@9mmruger1 - there's a link somewhere, i think there's a guide on digital digest forum, have glanced at it but i figured out how to read them by myself, they're real easy. Nerovision logs take a little more looking at sometimes
Well, I looked at the Dynex CD-Rs on sale this week. The "Made in China" label tells me all I need to know.
@chiangmai where do you get your printables? or anybody for that matter? i'm wondering what a good sale would be? i'm picking up a printer for these.. i only use verbs.. i know they have the datalife.. but wat are some regular pricing.. just a base price.. then i can go from there...
