We use AnyDVD and 1Click. It is very very rare that we have a problem making backups with this combination. 16 Blocks appears to be normally decrypted and burned but we get NO AUDIO. If we include menus and extras the backup disc is not recognized by our Direct DVD program on the computer or on the TV's DVD player.
There is nothing special about this movie. Try DvdDecrypter with nothing running in the background. There are some zero byte files that Nero might complain about but they are not illegal files. There are two movies on this disc. The Theatre version and another version with an alternate ending. Using DVDShrink you can chose which on you want or you can just have Decrypter backup the whole disc to an ISO file and then burn to a dl using ImgBurn.
