I would like some advice on how to go about transfering old family movies . I have two sets one I believe is from the 40s to 50s on 16mm reels and the other set is early to late 60s on 8mm reels. Does anyone have any ideas ,books, forums, articles to read. I would like to try on my own with the 8mm reels from the 60s. Could I possibly get them developed at Wal-mart? I will wait for any responces. Ed

You would Generally have to take them to a Studio were they do This Type of Stuff to get it Done as the Equipment Involved is Extremely Expensive....

The Only Way you could Try to do it yourself would be if you had a DV Camcorder and Set it up to Shoot the Image Projected on the Screen By the Projector.....

    Cheers

PS: No I don"t think WallMart can do it....lol
