1st generation of starview

    hi

    my mate's got 1st generation of starview which looks copy at the back of the box but the remote and close inspection of inside the box suggest its 1st generation of starview.

    which fix do flash it with?
    clone or genuine?

    there are a few tell tale signs of a box been a clone or genuine click on the link below and go to page 2, there is also other links just use the 'afterdawn search'

    You will need the Dec. 2008 Firmware CryptStar-v1.5.zip - you will find that it contains Two Bin files, it is the Core.257bin for the clone (it is perfectly safe to use on the genuine as well if you are still in any doubt so it is not a problem). You will find all you need in Eamo's FTA Library (Link At The Bottom) along with the required GTRom 4.0 Loader and Winrar to extract the bin files if required.
