2.71 se-a HELP!!!

    ok i had a psp 1.5 and i used the 2.71 se-a installer on my psp i went to game and chose install 2.71 and i t installed itself so now i hav 2.71 se-a but i cant use homebrew was i suposed to use th other file first the install firmware XY.Z i seriusly need help i cant go bak
