Hello, I am not very good with modding, but i know enough to fix an xbox. I have 2 eeprom questions: here they are... 1. Say my xbox is v1.1 and i bought a broken 1.6 xbox. Can i use my backup eeprom to fix it? ( it has error 21) I would use the hotswap method. 2. Say i cant use my own eeprom, Can i do it with Xplorer 360 ( whatever its called) and just connect my xboxs hd to my pc as a 2nd hd? then just use the partions and look for the eeprom?? Can i use any of these 2 methods? Heres #2 explained in a simpler way. Say i have my Pc's hd as its own, and i put my xboxs hd as like an external one and ran xplorer 360. then i can look for the eeprom in one of those 5 partions. Would this work?
no you cant the eeprom is locked to the xbox and is uniqe to that xbox so u cant use the one from yours
