2 gb Ram ASUS m2n mx mother board

    can we put 2gb single ddr stick to m2n mx se ASUS Motherboard. Manual says support upto 1gb but friend says u can put even upto 8 gb. Motherboard was purchase 1 year ago

    It appears to support 2GB sticks (but that varies depending on where you look on the Asus site...), but can only support 4GB total because it only has two memory slots.
