After using VSO and Cucusoft transcoders I like AVI2DVD the best. I did 1 project using HCtranscoder and it came out well. I have two problems though. 1) My CCE 2.70 basic is not recognized when I try use the CCE option. I browse to my CCE folder and it says its empty????? 2) I get an error when trying to import some .avi files that says something like this video isn't made for straight processing and must be adjusted before being input again. Then a graph with a red and blue line intersecting is brought up? What do I need to convert this file to a proper .avi file? 3) This program doesn't help me with .mpeg files. Is there a .mpeg to DVD converter or maybe an .mpeg ->.avi program out there that is reccomendable? Any help appreciated.
I recommend using DvDtoDivX download it here http://www.afterdawn.com/search/search_results.cfm#results Haven't had a problem with it yet and trust, most people in the forum will tell you it's one of the best. I actually bought the program you're trying to use a long time ago and I called and got a refund becasue it would not work for me.
