2 Starview 4 super boxes but 1 has missing channels

Hi,
appreciate your help here.
I setup both my box and my friends in my flat and both seem to be perfect except mines is missing E4, E4 +1 and Film 4, Film 4 +1.
I know i should have given my friend my box but i didnt ;-)
Any idea how I can manually find these channels?
Im in west of scotland on V£rgin.

 

factory reset the box, remove any splitters and re-scan again,
