    Hi

I have one modded xbox 360 for my backups. and one UNMODDED xbox 360 for online games. Will i get banned/flagged if i transfer my gamertag between both using a flash drive?

    From my understanding...

If your modded box is already banned, then your profile will become corrupt when you try to sign on to live with the unmodded box. I believe you can recover it each time, but that would probably get old pretty quick...

If your modded box isn't banned then you should be fine as long as you don't play any games early. If you play a game early and then sign on to live on your unmodded box, the achievements will update and show that you played a game early, thus throwing up all kinds of red flags.

It wouldn't really matter because you're never going to connect online. On the other hand, if you ever do decide to use it online again, then you have a higher chance of getting banned. I don't think it takes that much longer to stealth patch it, so it may just be worth it...

If it was never connected to Live after it was modded then no info about your box could be sent back to Microsoft. Therefore, it should not be banned.

As long as you're signed into your profile that bought the dlc on the console you wish to play it on,(doesn't matter if you're connected to live or not, just signed in), all should work just fine.

You cant transfer dlc to other xbox, and play it without being signed into live. You can play it on unmodded one offline no problem as long as it is the console you were using when you bought it, just not on the modded one.

    Hi,

The easiest way to tell if your console is banned from XBL.
Go to system settings, network settings, test xbox live connection. This is in reference to an Xbox 360 Elite.

If your console is banned there will be a dialogue box, come up on your screen, stating.

This console has been banned for violations of the terms of use. To protect the Xbox Live service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about console bans.

There is no recourse for terms of use Violations.

    Hope this helps/assists you, cheers

What probloms could you get if you had an unbanned jtag box and a unmodded console for on line use but used the same gamertag (on an xbox memory card) to swap between the two ?
