20" LCD

    I am looking at getting a 20" LCD monitor (seeing as I'm not taking my enormous CRT to university!!!). What I'm after is a high quality screen with a maximum of 16ms response time, for as little as possible (I'll be simultaneously buying a new PC as well so funds are limited).
    I initially looked at the Philips 200S4SS then found out it was 20ms, and the Viewsonic VB201B while nice is just too expensive.
    Failing this, a 19" LCD that does 1600x1200 would suffice, as this is the reason i'm looking at 20 inchers (not for the slight extra size)
