I have an AVI that was encoded at 23.976.

I want to make an MPG for a VCD. Here's my question: when the wizard starts up and I have to choose a format, should I choose the one that MATCHES the current fps, or should I choose what I WANT the fps to be after encoding?

I mean, I want it in 29.97, so should I choose that option at startup?

    Thanks guys, :)

Well 23.97 should have no problems playing back in a dvd player that sup[ports ntsc so why would you want to change it to 29.97?
